Matter is REALLY cool! It's a standard that allows all of the technology in your house (considered the IoT) to connect to anything of your choice. You can connect Matter compatible devices with Google Home, Apple Homekit, or any software of your choice.

ASUS Zenfone 9 (and before)

The last actual small phone of it's kind. At 5.9 inches, it doesn't hurt your hand, plus it ran normal Android! Sadly, it only got about 2-years of software updates.

Sadly, ASUS's newest phones are bigger. Also, I love the color of the Zenfone.

Sony Mocopi

It could've been a very mainstream motion capture system, but got killed because nobody really needs mo-cap! Things like SlimeVR trackers are so much cheaper, and better in some ways. I put this in the cool technology section because it could've been really cool, and they look nice.
