First, you need to remember what healthiness is and why it's helpful.
The state of being healthy or healthful; freedom from disease.
Remember, disease is an abnormal function something. This doesn't just include normal diseases, like the Flu. It includes how your body is normally. For example, you could consider a Vitamin D deficiency as a disease if that's not how your body normally functions like.
Health looks different for everyone, so don't mind if you aren't as muscular as you want. The only important thing is that you act on your goals.
Create a note on your note-taking app of everything that I tell you to write down.
A few common problems people could have are things like a Vitamin D deficiency, not eating enough fruits/vegetables, or eating too much fat/sodium. The list is endless.
Here are my problems...
I don't eat enough fruit.
I don't eat enough protein (for my age).
Sometimes I have too much sugar, or even eat too much.
I don't get enough exercise.
On that note you created earlier, write a list of all of the problems you have with your current health.
According to my therapist, the best way to stop doing habits you don't like is to replace them. One way you could help a Vitamin D deficiency is instead of eating indoors for lunch, you could go outside and eat in a lawn chair. The options are endless!
Here are how I've been fixing my problems...
I don't eat enough fruit.
Now sadly, this one is hard to fix when you have mice. I would put them in an area that you always look at so you're more likely to choose fruit first as a snack.
I don't eat enough protein (for my age).
I've replaced my normal breakfast of cereal with protein french toast sticks. There's a plus to this one, that being they taste yummier! (I've also replaced my snack, which again, is better tasting than my old snack.)
Sometimes I have too much sugar, or even eat too much.
To fix the sugar problem, I've organized my pantry to have one side being healthy (which is the side that I open most commonly), and one side has more unhealthy foods (which is the side I open less).
To fix the eating too much problem, I've started reading serving sizes more instead of just opening the box. I also would recommend getting a good set of measuring cups, as this can make it a lot easier to get accurate servings.
I don't get enough exercise.
Instead of just playing VR normally like I do, I've tried to actually play some more intensive games to get a little bit of exercise.

On your note, write for each of your problems what you will do to replace/fix them.
This is the hard part. It seems to simple, yet is so hard to do. You don't have to do everything at once. Start with one thing. One little thing will bring you so far from where you are now.
I started with fixing my overeating. I don't know how much it's helped me, but it's definitely has done something, which has led to me making other health-conscious choices.
On that note, write when you'll start doing each replacement/fix.
